Shipping Policy:

• We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-3 business days.
• Free/ Standard shipping arrives in approximately 6-12 business days, or 15-35 business days for remote countries.
  DHL Express paid expedited shipping will arrive in approximately 2-3 business days, or 3-7 bussiness days for remote countries.
  
• We currently ship to over 150 countries worldwide. Shipping rates and delivery times will vary based on your location.

Return Policy:

• 14 days to return or request for refund.
• Shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or we made an error in fulfilling your order.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

• We will respond to inquiries within 3 business days, excluding holidays.
• We are closed on Sundays, holidays, and during the end-of-year and New Year holidays.
